My son asked for Gymreaper workout sandbag for Christmas, which we purchased for him. As he was returning for college in Iowa from Colorado, we told him to put it on his front passenger floorboard to balance the weight in the car. We have some major mountain passes and told him if he needed it dur to snow and ice, he would have sand too. Fast forward to a day later. He got stuck in a blizzard in Iowa and had to abandon his car for the night. When he got back to his car, it was buried in the snow and ice. After several unsuccessful attempts to free it, he used the sand from inside his Gymreaper bag as traction to get unstuck.
This was a great purchase as it not only served as a workout tool (which he absolutely loves), but to help free his car! Now to find more sand when he gets back to college!

I’m glad I decided to purchase this sandbag. It provides a different type of weight training because the weight shifts as you move. Deadlifts, squats, lunges and bent over rows is a few you can do with it and it’s awesome.
