If I am pulling down, it’s fine but pulling up, the opening of the hooks is too wide, the bar slips because the hooks are too open, causing the bar to be loose, not providing confidence, especially during heavy deadlifts over 350 pounds. The construction materials are excellent. If the hooks are closer, it would be an excellent piece of equipment.

They’re soft but firm easy to put on an easy to remove. If I need to pick up my phone I can easily swing the hook out of the way and pick up my phone. The color options are very good.
