Replaced my worn out paws with these. Grip does fade when you’re older (in the 60’s) but can still build/maintain a great back with heavy lifting when pawed up!

First impression- these are solid! I did not like how the weight just hangs from your wrist. It is hard to get any grip on a barbell or dumbbell. It was just awkward for me.
