So, I was having a hard time using the lifting straps to get around the lat pulldown bar. problem solved. The hooks are comfortable and easy to use on the pulldowns rather it is a wide or narrow or neutral grip and any other way. Puts the pull on my back not my grip and forearms. Great product.
