Not only is the product great the product came in good time. It was all package in special gymreaper little bags to protect the product with a thank you card. I ordered my product in May but the US postal had the wrong house making me lose my original packaging but the support team came in clutch and sent another order to me. Been using for a few weeks now, it is an amazing product, I have increased my lifts from 20-30% (with the use of the gym reaper elbow wraps) 10/10 would recommend
