Once I learned better technique with the low bar squat I improved much. Now using better form with these knee wraps I added 50lbs no problem. Not sure if it was more of a psychological thing or the combination of better form with the knee wraps that made me jump up 50lbs. And the amazing thing is no knee discomfort or pain anymore. But then again proper low bar squats helps alleviate pain. I thought I could do Tom Platz legs close going down all the way. Can you say knee replacement? Thank goodness for these knee wraps and the Gymreapers one pronged belt just as Allan Thrall claimed that the one pronged belt’s are the best! Much needed since I’m uncomfortable with squats while deadlifting is easy for me.
