Ive used the knee sleeves and this is my first time trying the wraps, however, i didnt love the wraps because they do get uncomfortable mid workout on the back of the leg it just feels rough and also i have to be readjusting them, which is a problem i dont have with the knee sleeves

I really notice how much of a difference it makes when lifting weights without straining the knee. I can feel confident in doing the workout, without the high risk of injuring my knee. Also, there is YouTube and a paper given on how to use knee wrap properly.
