I was not expecting to love this, as much as I do. Straight off, I was impressed with the quality and feel of it. What about the functionality, I have so many other attachments? Once I started trying it out, I couldn't stop. I have "go to attachments" for certain exercises, and this has replaced them all. It even has answered a two year old problem of trying to find an attachment for weighted leg lifts. I'm sure this was not intended for this but I stick my feet through the handles and it works perfectly for me.

I didn't know how much i would end up loving this. Out of the package, surprised by the quality and style but questioned its functionality, until I used it for the first time. I couldn't stop finding new ways to use this thing. It even answered a two year dilemma of trying to find an attachment to do weighted leg lifts with. Yes, I'm sure that was not intended when they designed this but can stick my feet through the handles and it works awesome.

The strap is thick, wide and comfortable, I like the options afforded with the different loop locations. If I had to bag on something it would be that the D ring is not very beefy compared to others I haver seen at the gym but it seems to handle all the weight the cable machine has.
