I never used wraps previously, but after aiming to get back in shape at 40 years old after a few years of not much exercise I found a lot of my joints getting sore and painful. As a last ditch Hail Mary I decided to give sleeves and wraps a try. Wraps on my k res felt like a new lease on those old joints and after having a bit of elbow pain I thought I would give it a try in the elbows. After a few workouts I can say I really notice a difference. I really like the additional elbow support these give and the hook and loop closure with the Velcro make it really convenient to take on and off. These were at a great price point too. Highly recommend for anyone trying to get some support for their elbow joints.
