I have Ehlers Danlos Syndrome and most days, just doing menial tasks is enough to subluxe my elbows and wrists. Decided to start with trying the elbow wraps because lifting working in a warehouse was causing a lot of damage.
I can confirm, so helpful. You do lose range of motion, this isn't ktape after all, but if you've had a recent dislocation and need that extra support, try these. Im definitely getting the wrist wraps next.
