I had to order an XL set as the large were just too tight. The sleeves themselves are high quality, effective training aid. I use them primarily to warm up bicep/elbow area then remove for bicep/triceps work. Very snug (proper) fit and not too difficult to remove. Definitely gets the elbows warmed up and ready to train. Nice carrying bag included. Graphics (black/white) are cool too.
