They are very snug I’ve never had any sleeves so I’m not sure if they are supposed to be that way. Besides that though they really do help with pain. I have tennis elbow and my elbow pops every time I do a push motion so wearing these in the gym really does calm that pop a little bit and muffle the uncomfortability.

So far so good! They are snug but do not restrict movement.

I use them for tendinitis in my elbow and after my first heavy lift I noticed a difference immediately. Kept the tendon nice and tight, also very warm. Was concerned about it only helping during the lifts but as soon as I took it off I could tell this is going to be something I will use every lift. 10/10 would recommend if you’ve got elbow pain.
