I measured a 13 bought a 13 definitely to big re measured and its just to much of a hassle to return them probably give them away to someone at the gym had high hopes

While our sizing for 13" is rated at 13-14" elbow join circumference, a 12" (12-13") might be a better fit if you are looking for a tighter fit.

I’ve been working through some elbow pain and compression helps me push through. They are perfect. True to size. To the point I may have needed a size smaller. But they are super easy to get on and as the pump comes on they fit perfect by the end of the first or second set. So, really, they are perfect and the elbow pain is gone. Much better than the standard PU type sleeves I’ve had before. These are stiff and really give proper compression!
