I've owned wrist straps in the past and for going heavy on bench, they're a life saver. That said, the process of tightening the straps has always been a workout in itself. Pictured above are my wrist wraps that I’ve had for 3 years. Used almost daily and still hold up great providing unmatched support. After 3 years the Velcro has slightly started to fade; however, it still keeps its grip. 10/10 would recommend.
