Love the belt. The issue I have is that I'm relatively new to weight lifting and fitness. I am a larger guy with a waist of 47 inches. This is the lowest end of the 2XL. I needed a belt that would work as I lose weight, and it just would not work. The XL belt though has a gap from 43 to 47 inches. This is pretty tight, but I can manage for now. Only using it for my heaviest lifts as I work on losing weight.

I didn’t really know what to expect going into it being that I haven’t ever tried a lifting belt before. I will say, after getting used to it, it is very nice and the belt does come on and off very easily when you want it to and it stays right where it needs to be during a set. I found that it was a complete game changer for squats, I no longer have lower back pain when doing squats which I’ve had issues with for so long. Overall, I would absolutely recommend the product.
