This belt works well for up to 90lbs. After that it has a tendency to jump a link. Mine did so and grabbed some skin in a very uncomfortable place as I stepped onto the dip platform. Maybe I'm using it wrong. I loop the chain across the waist first then hang the weights. Well made product, but it could really use a larger and stiffer piece of fabric to protect the area where the chain can move.

However, we sincerely apologize about the chain jumping links at higher weights and especially about it grabbing skin. It’s of great quality and I love the design and thickness. I have one major problem though. The chain length is too short.
