So I got diagnosed with 3 brain clots, and 5 clots in my right forearm. Doctors told me I could lift hard, and watch my gripping during lifting. So I got these to use for adaptive training. And they work great for me. Now, I’m only doing light weight, 5-15lbs hypertrophy (5sets-12-15reps), so I don’t see the fraying others have mentioned. The d-ring however, does flip around and doesn’t stay in its natural location. Big deal for me? Nope. But, I could see how higher weight would could be an issue. Still, for me an my purposes, cable delt, laterals, even bicep curls. All good.

This is my 2nd pair, I love GYMREAPERS products but these need to be fixed before I even want a new pair. Other then that the idea is amazing, it just needs some reinforcement or a different ring and a weight limit warning.
