I get the bundle about a year ago. The 10 mm belt is awesome. But elbow sleeve is start to deteriorating. I’m not sure if it’s suppose like this. but i’m really not happy about it. I may have to get another pair from some other brand.

I have already been using the knee sleeves with great success. The really help on leg days. With that in mind and after developing some tendinitis in my left elbow I decided to give the elbow sleeves a try. Great decision! Even though I still have some discomfort when doing biceps it is way more comfortable. I use them with chest and triceps work as well and can really tell a difference. Even when doing my aerobics on the elliptical machine I can tell a huge difference on the arm movements.
