These are the style of wrist straps I like the most because of the extra wrist support. I have really small wrists and hands so these help a lot with lifting heavy. They work great and are great quality, the only thing I don't love is the small piece on the end of the strap. Since I have small hands, it gets in the way of holding on comfortably at times.
