I was watching a video with a professional body builder and he uses ankle straps for comfort building triceps. Brilliant idea for comfort. These have worked great for my leg workouts: cable kickbacks, abduction and addiction exercises. They get a bit sweaty but I don’t think there’s much to be done about that. I’ve had them for about a month and they seem to be made well and built to hold up over time. I got a set for me and my best friend (a man) and I’ll say that the straps are just small enough for me drawn as tight as they will go, and if I were smaller they would be too big—perhaps there’s a women’s set of ankle straps that I missed? Whatever—they fit us both, and they work great!
