The support the belt offered in the first lift was great. Really didn’t realize how little support I was getting from my old belt. The knee sleeve helped tremendously too. More depth on squat without any pain or instability and post workout/recovery felt better on lower back and joints. No question will be back in the 500’s squatting with the sleeves and belt. Already have two friends buying the bundle.
