The belt wasn't too hard and felt great the first time I used it. The wrist wraps helped stabilize my wrists on pressing movements. I do wish I ordered the knee sleeves a size smaller but it's my own fault. Overall great product and will be ordering off gymreaper for a long time. I also accidentally put in the wrong address and emailed them and they email back in about an hour and got everything situated.
