This is first time buying wrist straps/wraps and after using them during my workout sessions I can definitely tell a difference. The straps make the weights feel like they are targeting the muscle groups I want them to without the worry of my arms giving out first and the wraps make my wrist, which are usually not very stable, very sturdy and able to maintain weight.

I thought these because the other top brand game out on me fast. These are padded and give me more grip so I can pull more weight. These wrists give me more support when I’m doing dips and begging
