Works great and is easy to set up. It provides padding but still allows you to lock in with the bar so its not unbalanced or anything. Color matches the color on the screen.

Even though it's just a foam pad, being that it's Gymreapers brand means top quality. Just like their belts, sleeves, apparel...etc. The tightening straps are a nice inclusion at it allows you to keep the pad locked in place without it swiveling on the bar.
