I actually took my sons because it was better than my old one. I had two spinal fusions and always was nervous about lifting heavy. This gives me so much support I now am not only lifting heavy but squatting on the rack. Would recommend this to anyone who works out.

Be careful when you purchase from this company. I ordered this belt and per their sizing . However, when I received it , it was too small. I figured i could exchange it, but no. I haven't even opened it yet, but they rejected my request . Please be careful ordering from this shady company. They will basically rip you off.

This belt is very solid. Good lifting belt, but after about 2.5 years of use, the lever part snapped in half while I was squatting. Disappointed because I am deployed and getting a replacement will be difficult.
