This belt has helped so much with both feeling more confident with my heavy lifts, and reduced lower back pain frequency. When getting into the heavier lifts, I would occasionally move wrong and tweak my back. Since having the belt, I can really feel the intra-abdominal pressure and it makes me feel a lot more stable and powerful through the lift. It was just the piece I was missing and definitely recommend the belt to others.
