Can I change or cancel my order?

We do our best to get all orders shipped within 24-48 hours. If you need to change or cancel your order, please follow these steps:

• Chat or email our support team right away
• Put CHANGE/CANCEL ORDER in the subject line
• Include your order number and request

NOTE: We cannot guarantee order changes/cancellations. We will do our best to accommodate your request if it is received within the stated time frame before shipping.  


What items are coupon eligible?

We set our price points as competitive as possible but will offer coupon codes from time to time on most items. Items that are eligible for discounts and coupon codes include apparel (tees, tanks, shorts, etc.), lifting gear (lifting belts, lifting wraps, lifting straps, etc), and most training gear (jump rope, bands, sandbags.). 

Items that are not eligible for discount include heavy items such as Kettlebells, Dumbbells, Benches, Squat Racks, and Barbells.


Why am I not getting free shipping?

Free shipping applies to orders that amount to $150 or more (within the United States). There are some exclusions. For example, if your order includes any heavy items (such as a kettlebell) and is over $150, the free shipping does not apply.

However, if your order does not contain heavy items and still meets the $150 order spend, you will automatically receive free shipping. Why does this happen? On heavy items, shipping is calculated by UPS. Therefore heavy items (like kettlebells) are automatically excluded from free shipping due to carrier calculated costs.


Why is my tracking not updating?

Once your order confirmation has been received, it will take approximately 1-3 business days for your order to be processed and shipped out. Once the order has been shipped you will receive an email with tracking information. The tracking information can take 24-48 hours to update and accurately reflect the whereabouts of your package. If you have further issues or questions about tracking, please contact the carrier service via the link provided in your tracking email.


How long does it take to get my order?   

Generally, it will take 1-3 business days to process your order. Although a rare situation, please be aware that receiving an “order confirmation” via email does NOT guarantee all items will be in stock. 

Most domestic orders arrive within 2-5 business days after they're shipped. Please note that if you select UPS 2nd Day Air shipping on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday that your order will be processed the next business day. This also applies to Holidays that fall on a Friday or Monday. Shipping to an APO address may take longer due to carrier capacity.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking information that will enable you to track your package step by step to the point of delivery. If there is no one present to accept your package, most carriers will leave it at the address (your home, office, etc.). Gymreapers is not responsible for any package once it's delivered at the address provided to us.

NOTE: All orders placed on a Saturday, Sunday, or Holiday will be processed the next business day. This applies to all shipping methods. Gymreapers does not ship on weekends or holidays. We cannot complete orders to a P.O. Box. Please only use a physical address if placing an order.

While we will do everything possible to ensure your order is delivered on time, Gymreapers cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions, or other carrier-related issues.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

How long does it take to get my international order?

Most International orders arrive between 7-14 business days. Due to customs clearance (which differs in each country of import), some orders may take up to 4 weeks. As with domestic shipments, we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or Holidays. Once the package is shipped and tracking information is emailed to you, you will be able to track your package up until it reaches customs.

Upon delivery, if there is no one present to sign for your package, it will still be left at your delivery address. Gymreapers is not responsible for any package once it is delivered at the address provided to us. International orders are shipped with duties and taxes due upon delivery via our Standard Service.


Do international duties and taxes apply?

Orders shipped via Standard Service can incur duties and taxes. Duties and taxes are determined by the customs agency within the destination country. Although charges are not always incurred, assessment of duties and taxes will be based on the value of the order and the tax-free threshold, if it exists, for goods imported into the destination country.

Payment of any duties and taxes is the responsibility of the recipient and these fees are collected at the time of delivery. If you would like more information, it can be obtained by contacting your local customs office.

When an international order reaches its destination country, it may be subject to customs clearance procedures, which can cause delays beyond our control. Also, the delays may be beyond the original delivery estimates. International orders may be subject to import duties or charges implemented by a specific country, which we have no control over and are not liable for charges (should they incur).

Why am I being charged value-added tax (VAT)?

Following the laws governing the members of the European Union (EU), orders shipped to countries within the EU are subject to charge VAT. The rate is charged in compliance with the local legislation of each EU member state. Gymreapers will not charge you this rate at checkout, however, the VAT rate will be assessed for the package in the destination country of your order. This rate is not set or administered by Gymreapers, however, it will be your responsibility to handleit upon delivery.
