How do I join the loyalty program?

How can I earn points?
Earn points by signing up, making purchases, and more! Check out the Ways to Earn section for details.
How do I redeem my points?
Log in, visit your dashboard, and select the Ways to Redeem section to redeem your points for rewards.
Where can I see my points balance?
First, log in to your account! Your points balance will be highlighted in a box on the top of the page. You can also navigate to your dedicated rewards page to view your points balance.
Do my points expire?
Points will expire after one year if there isn't any account activity.
Do my rewards expire?
Rewards will expire 6 months after the rewards are activated in the account.
What happens to my points if I return a purchase?
If you return a purchase, the points you earned for that purchase will be deducted from your account.
When do I get my birthday points?
We’re all about recognizing your milestones—especially your birthday. To keep our rewards program fair and free from abuse, we require that your birthdate be added to your account at least 30 days in advance.
If your birthday is within 30 days of when you entered it, don’t sweat it. Reach out to our customer support team—we’re here to help and will do our best to make it right.
I forgot to use my points at Checkout, can I apply them retroactively?
No, unfortunately points cannot be redeemed after a purchase has already been made.
