Straps are great quality and work well. Only gripe is the branding. When you put the straps on, one picture is oriented towards you and the left hand picture is oriented away from you. A little annoying 🤣

They are soft and don’t hurt your grip. You need to wrap them pretty tight but they have a pretty good grip when you do. I recommend them.
