Returns

We believe in making every situation right and standing behind our products. If you are not satisfied with your  purchase, you can return it for a replacement or refund within 30 days of receipt.

Gymreapers guarantee doesn’t cover ordinary wear and tear or damage caused by improper use or accidents.

If your item has a manufacturing defect in its materials or workmanship, you can return it at any time.

FREE RETURNING OR EXCHANGING ITEMS (UNITED STATES)

You can return or exchange purchases from Gymreapers by mail, regardless of whether you made your purchase online or by phone. If you are exchanging items please include a note with your order with your exchange request, your return shipping costs will be reimbursed upon receipt of your items to our facility. If you are returning items send an email to support@gymreapers.com with your return request and we will email a pre-paid return shipping label. 

You must have a proof of purchase (online receipt, gift receipt, shipping invoice, or member purchase history) for all returns and exchanges.

Since quantities may be limited, you can expedite an exchange by placing a new order and returning the unwanted merchandise.

Items can go out of stock quickly. As a result, we may not be able to make requested exchanges. If this is the case, we will refund your form of payment for the purchase amount.

You can return or exchange purchases from Gymreapers by mail. If you are exchanging items please include a note with your order with your exchange request, unfortunately your return shipping costs will not be reimbursed. If you are returning items please include a note with the returning items informing us what you would like exchanged, or refunded.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS DUTIES & CHARGES

When orders shipped internationally reach the destination country, they may be subject to customs clearance procedures which can cause delays beyond our control, which may be beyond the original delivery estimates. International orders may be subject to import duties or charges implemented by a specific country, we have no control over these fees and are not liable for the charges which may incur.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES BY MAIL

If you return or exchange a product by mail, we recommend that you ship your package with a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance. Gymreapers is not responsible for packages lost in transit without proof of tracking.

If a customer returns merchandise that does not meet conditions of the 100% Satisfaction Guarantee, it will be sent back to the customer at their expense.

To return or exchange an order by mail:

  • Include a copy of your proof of purchase.
  • Ship your package with a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

EXCHANGES

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, you can either send us an email at support@gymreapers.com or send your item back to us with either your invoice slip or a note with your name and order number along with a note informing us what you would like to exchange for.
