I bought the Gymreapers lifting straps a couple of months ago as my hands became sore from using dumbbells for one arm rows, curls, etc. They were hard to get a good wrap and added too much time to my workout. The grips are much easier to get a good, locked in wrap and really help distribute a lot of the weight away from my hands. I’m 71 years old and this simple but effective improvement in a gym product, in my 55 years of training, is the best engineered improvement in product design I’ve ever seen. I’ve been using them for almost 2 months and they show no signs of wear.

I love these things. I did have to watch the video to confirm I was using them wrong the first use, but once it clicked on how to use them, these things really help with holding onto the bar under heavy loads.
